We have transactional experience across 120 countries managing a range of Enterprise Accounts, spanning all types of workplace solutions - from virtual office and co-working memberships in Angola, to managed solutions in Barnsley to corporate headquarters in Luxembourg and Bangkok.
We use a consultative and personalised approach to ensure we find a space that is right for your needs. We will be with you each step of the way through needs analysis, market search, shortlist, tour, negotiation, move-in and renewal.
Managed Office Solutions
When we have a longer lead in time, we can work with our Property and Operator Partners to broker a deal - putting landlord, tenant and operator together to create a bespoke space just for you, or as an anchor tenant in a new development.
Generally, these deals require a 12 month lead in time, though we have turned them around in as little as 4 months.
We discuss long-term strategy throughout our relationship to ensure we get you the best solution in your preferred location, to the specification you need at the right cost.
Conventional Office Spaces
If we can’t find the space you need, or you’ve outgrown your serviced space, we will work with our RICS accredited partners to find you a longer term home.
